Bio and Experience

I've been a student and style of fashion all my life. From watching my mother shop couture and have clothes custom made for both her body and style, to our biweekly shopping excursions at Neiman Marcus and Lord & Taylor, to my early years as a student of fashion merchandising and working in retail, to currently styling the lives of hundreds of women through jewelry and accessories, I would say I have a foundation in fashion. I also hold doctorate degrees in jurisprudence (JD) and philosophy (PhD), masters degrees in human development and organization development, and my undergraduate degree is communication (verbal and non-verbal). My education and experience helps to inform my consulting practice. Style is more than just what we wear, it's also about how and what we want to communicate to the rest of the world.

My approach to styling is holistic and authentic. Our style must augment and honor who we are and and enhance self-love and self-image. It's not about being like anyone other then fabulous and unique YOU! Clothes simply allow you to see yourself in new and varying lights. The visceral impact of what you're wearing is real; therefore, your style should allow for an outward expression of an internal sense and feeling of self-esteem, confidence, and beauty. My goal is to prevent any disconnects between your style and your purpose and intention.
